Why should I join ALLSTAR REALTY?

Does ALLSTAR REALTY have a minimum sales volume?

  • No! At ALLSTAR REALTY we understand that all of our agents are hard working, self motivated individuals.

  • After all 100% of nothing is nothing so, just go to work.

Tell me about the cost of the E&O Insurance?

  • You have 1 million dollars in coverage and other benefits; your monthly fee is $35.00.

When I close a transaction, when do I get paid?

  • If your paperwork is complete you get paid within 24 hours.

How long does it take to become affiliated with ALLSTAR REALTY?

  • After the initial interview with the owner, qualifying broker, and completion of paperwork, the process can
    take place in approximately one hour.

Are there any weekly office meetings?

  • We have weekly office meeting and tour which provides an opportunity to meet other ALLSTAR
    agents in a friendly, comfortable and supportive environment where there are no “individual stars” –
    we’re ALLSTARS working together to meet our own personal goals. Attendance is voluntary.

If I want to negotiate my commission with my clients, can I?

  • Yes you can, but beware – the money you give away is yours.  Consult the Qualifying Broker
    before negotiations with your client.

How soon can I begin transactions under ALLSTAR REALTY?

  • As soon as your license is moved to the New Mexico Real Estate Commission under ALLSTAR REALTY LLC.

To join ALLSTAR REALTY what type of license do I need?

  • The standard Brokers license issued by the New Mexico Real Estate Commission.

What type of office support do you provide? Is there ongoing training?

  • We have three full time employees to take care of agent needs and wants.

  • Probably more service provided than at most traditional companies.

  • We have corporate training by outside professionals and one on one training internally, on a continual basis.

Do I have to use a specific Title Insurance Company, Escrow Office, of Home Warranty Company?

  • You have the right to choose who you would like to use.

  • We urge all of our agents to develop working business relationships with various vendors to
    help serve their client’s needs.

  • The buyer, per our purchase agreement, gets to choose the Home Warranty company.

Tell me about Board of Realtor membership and MLS Access?

  • ALLSTAR REALTY is a member of Southwest Multiple Listing Service, Albuquerque Board of Realtors,
    and the Santa Fe Multiple Listing Service, and Santa Fe Board of Realtors.

  • Our agents individually access their MLS.

  • Please check with Albuquerque Board of Realtors regarding MLS access and membership fees,
    dues, and requirements.

How can I get broker support?

  • For all questions regarding real estate transactions, you can call Jeffrey Moskowitz, Owner / Qualifying Broker.

Are there any advertising requirements?

  • Our logo is copyrighted so it must be displayed as shown – colors and all.

  • Follow the New Mexico Real Estate Commission rules and regulations for advertising.

Am I required to do floor duty?

  • No – There is no official floor time

  • Every effort is made to direct floor calls to the listing agent.  They did all the work to get
    the listing they should get the opportunity to sell that listing, after all they know that property best.
